Shipping policy

Kadori furniture is delivered through supplier and delivery partners. Delivery services, timeframes, and fees vary by item size, destination, service availability, and building access.

Delivery fees and timing

Delivery charges are shown at checkout where available. Some oversized, remote, restricted-access, or special-handling orders may require confirmation before fulfilment. If we cannot confirm a delivery fee, service level, or delivery route automatically, we may contact you before proceeding.

Any delivery estimate shown is an estimate only and may be affected by supplier processing, carrier availability, customs or import procedures, public holidays, weather, building access, or other events outside Kadori’s control.

Assembly

Assembly availability depends on the product, delivery region, and delivery partner. Unless assembly is expressly stated on the product page, checkout, or order communication, customers should assume that some light self-assembly may be required.

Before delivery

Customers are responsible for checking that the item can safely fit through the delivery route and into the intended room. Please measure doorways, lifts, stairwells, hallways, tight corners, and the final placement area before ordering.

Building rules, lift bookings, loading-bay access, parking, delivery time windows, deposits, and delivery restrictions should be arranged by the customer where required.

Failed delivery and restricted access

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details, missed appointments, access restrictions, building refusal, unsafe conditions, or an item not fitting through the delivery route, additional charges may apply for re-delivery, storage, stair carry, return shipping, repacking, restocking, or handling.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate shipments, especially when products are fulfilled by different supplier or delivery partners.
